2. Children Under the Age of 18

The Services are available for children who are at least 13 years of age and this Privacy Policy applies to children's use of the Services. As outlined in the Terms of Use, children residing in California have the right to request and obtain removal of the content they posted by submitting a "California Removal Request." In addition, a parent or guardian may submit a request to access or delete the information of their child, as well as a request to appeal a decision we have made about such a request, by contacting us at help@sagelabs.ai. Depending on your state of residence, a parent or guardian may have the ability to exercise certain rights over their child's account. For example, they may download account data or exercise other rights in connection with their child by contacting us at help@sagelabs.ai. We will address these requests in accordance with applicable law and subject to proper validation.

We collect information from and about users of our Services:

Automatically when you use the Services.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information when you download, register with, and use the Services, including information:

by which you may be specifically personally identified, such as name, birthday, postal address, email address, telephone number, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline;
your voice, likeness, image, appearance, and biographical information that you share with us or we obtain from third parties;
in or about the content you provide (like metadata), such as the location of a photo or the date a file was created;
data that you consent to sharing with us, such as your contact list and profile;
can also include what you see through features we provide, such as our camera, so we can do things like suggest effects that you might like, or give you tips on optimizing the video; and
records and copies of your correspondence with us or others within the Services, and any user inputs into the app such as search queries or data uploads.
You also provide us feedback on usage of the Services, as described in the Terms of Use, by online or offline means.

You may provide input to the Services ("Input") and receive output from the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content". Your Contents are posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your Content. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your Content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

When you download, access, and use the Services, it may use technology to automatically collect:

Usage Details. When you access and use the Services, we may automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the Services, including traffic data, location data, logs, screentime, and other communication or usage data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Services.
Device Information. We may collect information about your mobile device and internet connection that may be available, such as for example the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number.

Location Information. This Services may collect real-time information about the location of your device.
If you do not want us to collect this information do not download the Services and delete it from your device.

Cookies (or mobile cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Services.
Web Beacons. Pages of the Services and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related app statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain app content and verifying system and server integrity).

When you use the Services or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include:

Your mobile device manufacturer; and
Your mobile service provider.
We integrate with third parties to process Content in our Services, such as third party artificial intelligence models, and those third party processors may retain copies of and further use without restriction the information that we send to them as well as any outputs that they generate as a result.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information, to:

Provide the services, including providing you and other Services users with the Services and its contents, and any other information, products, or services that are requested from us.
Improving the services, including improvements to the Services and our technologies such as artificial intelligence.
Verify your age to determine whether you are eligible to use the Services, as well as the type of content that is appropriate for you to view.
Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide the information.
Carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection.
Notify you when Services updates are available, and of changes to any products or services we offer or provide through it.
The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
To enforce our rights arising from any contracts between you and us, including the Terms of Use.
If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
If we believe disclosure may prevent the instigation of a crime, to facilitate an investigation related to public safety or protect the safety of children using our Services.
We do not sell information from children to third parties and do not share such information with third parties for the purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Services and visiting your account profile page (if available).

You may also send us an email at help@sagelabs.ai to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us, or click the delete my account button within the Services. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

If you delete your Content from the Services, copies of your Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Services users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Services, including Content, is governed by our Terms of Use.

7. Your State Privacy Rights

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.

8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account.

The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
