2. Children Under the Age of 18
The Services are available for children who are at least 13 years of age and this Privacy Policy applies to children's use of the Services. In addition, a parent or guardian may submit a request to access or delete the information of their child, as well as a request to appeal a decision we have made about such a request, by contacting us at help@sagelabs.ai. Depending on your state of residence, a parent or guardian may have the ability to exercise certain rights over their child's account. For example, they may download account data or exercise other rights in connection with their child by contacting us at help@sagelabs.ai. We will address these requests in accordance with applicable law and subject to proper validation.

can also include what you see through features we provide, such as our camera, so we can do things like suggest effects that you might like, or give you tips on optimizing the video; and
records and copies of your correspondence with us or others within the Services, and any user inputs into the app such as search queries or data uploads.
You also provide us feedback on usage of the Services, as described in the Terms of Use, by online or offline means.
You may provide input to the Services ("Input") and receive output from the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content". Your Contents are posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your Content. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your Content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
When you download, access, and use the Services, it may use technology to automatically collect:
Usage Details. You may also send us an email at help@sagelabs.ai to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us, or click the delete my account button within the Services. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your Content from the Services, copies of your Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Services users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Services, including Content, is governed by our Terms of Use.

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.
8. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account.
